Really nice place in the old village of Nice. We had a very good burger and really nice potatoes. Some salad on the side included should be nice. Prices are like to rest in Nice.

I had the cheeseburger with Black Angus at L’Atelier du Carnivore and all I can say is — wow. Absolute flavor bomb. The meat was juicy, rich, and cooked perfectly. The melted cheese, fresh bun, and crisp lettuce made every bite spot on. I went for the Roquefort sauce on the side (yeah, that strong blue cheese kick) — and it just elevated the whole thing. The potatoes? Golden, crispy on the outside, soft inside. Simple, but done right. You can tell they care about quality. Every ingredient felt premium, and the plating even had style. One of the best meat-based meals I’ve had on the Côte d’Azur. If you’re a carnivore, this place is exactly where you need to be.

Go here. Make a reservation and go here. If I knew I tasted as good as the food here, I would volunteer to be eaten. I had the Australian ribeye with pepper sauce, potatoes, and green salad. It was perfect. I'll compare ever steak I have from now on to this one.

The steak was excellent & the quality of the food was truly impressive. However, I noticed there was only one server & one chef managing everything. While I completely understand that this can affect the speed of service and attention, I feel the restaurant could benefit greatly from having more staff. With additional support, guests would be able to fully enjoy the dining experience without delays. It’s a little unfortunate to see such a wonderful restaurant with great potential not reaching its fullest because of limited service.

A must while in Nice ! Best steak in France. No competition. Perfectly seasoned and cooked every time. My fiancé and I will drive for an hour to make sure we stop by every time we are in the South. To top it off, the owners are wonderful and kind. 11/10.

The steak, sides and wine was amazing! Great atmosphere - highly recommend. This was one of our best meals on our trip!
